I recommend this device but there are a couple of areas the manufacturer could improve upon. The Pros:1-It is quite large which has certain benefits, in that you will have a harder time losing this or leaving it in your pocket and washing it.I bought the slightly more expensive "5200-UC" version because the "UC" version has a charging box that is a combination storage box and charging battery that would itself hold an additional 14hrs of charge that could be used as a small battery pack for the device. But it would never charge device .I have used a fair share of headsets:https://www.amazon.I have been told by multiple callers, it is almost unusable.Tried it on my Samsung Galaxy S8 Active on ATT and a iphone 8 on Verizon.Pros:Comfortable.Superior noise cancellation.Pros:*Use with computer for Skype, Ipad, phone.*Easy pairing with multiple devices at the same time. The headset’s basically the same in terms of performance, though there are a few minor design tweaks.Net effect for me is no meaningful change — still good quality sound on my end and no complaints about the sound at the other end.I purchased it for use with my new digital landline so that I could stop using a corded Plantronics headset .Despite being paired to my digital landline, it will not connect for a phone call.I expected this device to work well.Almost immediately after pairing the device with my Samsung S9 and iPhone 8 I started noticing weird behavior.
