The ear buds she used prior were just…like…bought at Target or over-priced Best Buy stuff which by-and-large are the same thing. She’d complain that the sound was "tinny" … You know, the usual stuff. They are great at noise canceling too it that’s what you’re into. They look amazing.0.Out of respect for those who shop Amazon, I thought I would post my negative review.I wear earbuds in the gym, often when walking. What I’m looking for is 1) decent sound even if not audiophile level, 2) durability, particularly of the wires, which are the usual failure point, 3) comfort and staying in my ears, 4) reasonable price.I also really like the noise-cancelling pads, which actually do work quite well to block out noise. On those two counts, these are exceptional headphones.Solid bang for the buck. It’s worth it, especially considering the responsibility claims people have made. These headphones are beautiful and the sound quality is amazing for the price. They are noise canceling, so they also have that going for them.As Apple earbuds are made of sturdy plastic it hurts my ears after few hours of using.Unfortunately, despite many good reviews, I am very disappointed in this product – while the design may block an outside noise and give great sound quality, it gives a terrible "bumping" noise from cables coming into my ears. Ok… Before I got these I was a dedicated skullcandy customer. So when I first got these, it took me like a few days to adjust to the magic that was happening in my ears.
