However, if you’ve used similar products before then maybe don’t pull the trigger yet, as there are a few drawbacks that, IMO, put these a little behind the competition.First off, this is a refurbished unit sold by a third party seller .These were basically completely useless to me for $100+.I expect to get a product with all of the necessary attachments and ways to charge the product for any product over $100.I need them more for wireless phone conversation and sadly the person I’m talking to can’t understand me.They say I sound muffled and can barely make out anything I’m saying. After a few minutes of wearing them there’s a slight irratation from the rubber ear piece but overall they sound just as good as normal head phones with a touch pad twist if your looking to purchase I would not recommend No problems at all with them being renewed.Feels just as if I had gotten never used one.The ambient noise feature was very useful for the times I needed to be aware of my surroundings. My main issue is the sound quality.Have worn them most of an 8 hour shift with no discomfort.Paired easily with the S10+.They are great at noise cancelation. These ones came in like new condition.
