I keep coming back to these headphones because there really isn’t anything else that does all this for me at this price point. If I can get a year out of them then I am happy, but sometimes it only lasts for six months or less.I dislike that sensation entirely, but regular earbuds just don’t stay in my ears well, especially when jogging or working out. It’s weird how one little soft rubber piece makes a world of difference! The sound from these is just fine. The sound quality is even better than my old Skullcandy ear buds. The bass is rich and there is no “tinny” sound typical of ear buds I’ve purchased in the past.Apparently this isn’t the case because I was super careful with the next pair & one ear stopped working.People would also complain on hearing an echo when in use on phone calls and just last week they stopped working completely in phone calls. These ones fixed the bass problem, and all the sound was great, however, after 3 months of no abnormal use other than brief trips into a walk-in freezer [my department at work], about a week ago [~11 weeks of use], the left earphone made a static noise and died.I thought that I’d try to use the warranty when I got around to it, and then lo and behold a week later, the headset controller buttons stop working in the beginning of the day, and the right earphone dies at the end of the day.But then I closed the car door too quickly one day and one bud got stuck and the wire inside ripped. So I ordered these are a replacement. These only lasted me a few months before one headphone died from an issue somewhere in the cable.I listen to a lot of stuff on my phone with it in my pocket, this tends to strain my headphones over time. I was looking for earphones with the Samsung controls. This did exactly that, the only problem is that the sound quality is so below what I was expecting.Got my s7 like 3 years ago and never updated cos I like physical buttons. And the earphone that came with the phone worked for 3 years with no problem.
