While the range is really good, the rest of the features don’t seem to live up to the hype. When I looked up current headsets and their reviews, the Jabra Engage line seemed to be the best fit for what i was looking for.The feature set in this headset was great, sound was good, the base was nice, etc etc etc… very happy with the electronic parts of it.Pros:– Longer battery life– More stylish look– Buttons on the headset are much better designed– Simpler user interface on the base– Docking the headset on the base is easier– Can connect to more devices, e.The headset itself looked new but the touch screen had a lot of ware. The battery life and range are both excellent. It was only until recently that I heard a recording of a web meeting that I realized the mic quality on this headset is terrible. But so far I’ve tried three of these and had horrible sound problems .The advertised distance is nowhere close to what you can expect. As a bonus, it added great clarity to the DragonSpeak dictation quality since the microphone is such high quality and noise canceling.I can use this with a CISCO Voip phone and Skype for Biz.It is compatible with mobile devices and computers, but the head-set’s settings and buttons are oriented towards using this with a desk phone.Right offer the 30 day return date.Awesome range, super clear and great battery life.Connects to my mobile phone as well as my computer without any trouble. Not able to answer a phone call directly witht the headset. This product truly is amazing!First, the microphone noise cancellation is amazing! Folks from the other line could hear me perfectly fine and all surrounding sound in my home office (e.Unfortunately, did not work for my needs. This is by far the best one I have ever had.AND the return window has already closed.

i bought these for myself and have zero regrets.Contacted support and was told to try a factory reset. I am using this headset for work.I wanted to be able to walk more than 20 feet away from my desk without dropping or degrading the call. The plastic feels tacky and reminds me of cheap headsets. The band is a little lose so if you bend down to floor it will fall off but not a day to day issue. She is raving about it with the push button, being able to go back and forth easy from laptop sound, to Skype call and auto pick up functions and easy volume control. That’s with a fully up to date headset firmware.Vendor was great with credit/reorder and new one is working great. It’s doesn’t have a consistent connection; which is absolutely annoying to me and my client’s.This headset is very light weight and sounds great.I just deal with it.I do occasionally get some echoing on my and and I’ve had a couple people complaining about the volume from my end.[review5] Product was defective[/review5][review5] Works great … can go distance without getting staticky[/review5][review5] Everything is great except the talk time. The caller can’t hear anything and it sounds like the call drops entirely.AAA+++ Purchased this for use with my iPhone XS via Bluetooth.

It avdvertises 9 hours of talk time and I barely get 4 hours.I have tried to pair it to both my phone and TV transmitter at the same time, and the TV transmitter does pair if the phone is paired. It would disconnect repeatedly. You are also able to connect two devices and it has a wireless connectivity. Good product, met expectation My company uses Skype for Business for online meetings and chat, and this headset integrates very nicely with it! As soon as I plugged in the USB cord, my laptop automatically loaded the driver, and then prompted me to reboot, and it started working.Clarity is good and the cushioned speaker pads are very comfortable even for extended wearing.Once I got it up and running it worked great. The audio is superb, no echoing, no tin can sound, just perfect. The headset connects to the base station, which then is plugged into an AC outlet as well as into a standard USB port on the computer.Saying that, I didn’t think the enclosed manual was all that helpful; instead I suggest you to go the Jabra site or YouTube and find helpful advice there. The sound quality of the mic and the headset sound is really nice. You don’t get that annoying crick in your neck. There are no pads available. The sound is clear, and the headset keeps its charge for the entire day.The sound quality is superior to other similar use headsets i have used in the past.
