As a trucker, noise cancellation and battery life are two of the biggest concerns for me, and no one has been able to come close these headsets in the past.My prior one lasted 4-5 years before finally breaking, so I upgraded to the newest model, the B450-XT.I did my usual bluetooth test where I leave a message on my voicemail while exposing the mic to a variety of noise conditions.1.BlueParrott has always been the headset to buy when you want noise cancellation that actually works and that is still just as true as ever.Unfortunately, the list of drawbacks is much longer, and I don’t feel like this was much of an upgrade.I’m a long time user of the B350-xt headset and absolutely LOVE it… After 3.5 years of use I finally broke it… The B350 took 3 dips in 4 foot water without breaking! Simply hit it with some compressed air and it worked perfectly….I would’nt buy this for a buck at a dollar store.I experienced nothing but trouble with this model. Also, I like the fact that the XT has the capability playing music through the headset. As far as the range, I’d say that 30 ft.Headset freeze many times with solid blue light on.For $200.I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and it is serving very, very well for my needs.Probably the best feature is the noise cancelling part, since it allows me to talk on the phone while working on all sorts of things, including washing dishes and running water, without the person on the other end hearing any of it.The buttons from top to bottom.Top is the Parrott button.I’ve put it through so many situations with loud background noise and I hear perfectly and the person on the other end does as well.Just get this headset.
